WhichGrammar provides admissions information, chances calculations, and AI-powered guidance for grammar school admissions in England. The service is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee admission outcomes.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure our school data is accurate and up to date. However, admissions policies change regularly. Always verify information directly with the school or local authority before making decisions. WhichGrammar is not responsible for errors or omissions in the data.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

5. Free & Premium Plans

WhichGrammar offers both free and paid tiers. Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. AI Advisor

The AI Admissions Advisor provides general guidance based on publicly available data. It does not constitute professional educational advice. Important decisions about your child's education should involve consultation with teachers, tutors, and the schools directly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automated bulk-access the platform.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Redistribute or resell data obtained from the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on WhichGrammar is owned by us or our licensors. School data is sourced from publicly available government datasets and school websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

WhichGrammar is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on our data or AI advice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
