Uniform
All students will be required to wear our school uniform. The Blue Coat School is gender neutral. Students can choose whether to wear trousers or skirts. Our uniform is non gender specific. The school uniform must be worn at all times in school, as well as on the journey to and from school, and blazers must always be worn inside the school building.
School Meals
School cafeteria serves hot and cold meals daily. Cashless payment system. Free school meals available for eligible students. Students may bring packed lunches. Lunch period is 45 minutes.
Homework Policy
Years 7-8: 1-1.5 hours per night. Years 9-11: 2-2.5 hours per night. Sixth Form: independent study expected. Homework timetabled across subjects to ensure even distribution throughout the week.

The Blue Coat School sets high standards and expectations for our students as we play our role in preparing them for their future.
